LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Lincoln Police said a woman was robbed and injured in a Facebook marketplace exchange gone wrong.
Police said a 23-year-old posted her iPhone for sale on Facebook Marketplace. She and the buyer agreed to meet last-minute at the old Shopko parking lot at 66th and O Streets.
Police are reminding people to use the LPD Swap Spot, located at 27th and Holdrege Streets, to make exchanges with unknown parties.

Threats to the Marketplace, Dollar Demand, Upcoming Alibaba Earnings - RealMoney
For most of last week, U.S. equity markets had shrugged off the threat of what a potential global pandemic could do in terms of economic growth or corporate revenue generation. Even allowing for Friday's action, the Nasdaq Composite experienced a again of more than 4% for the week... the S&P 500 more than 3%. Even the Dow Jones Transportation Average had a nice enough week (+2.75%), something that most traders probably would not have expected one week ago.
For the week, the Information Technology sector led the way, with the Technology Select Sector SPDR ETF ( XLK ) running 4.4%. Within that sector, the Dow Jones U.S. Software Index, with very little inherent exposure to the Chinese economy, screamed 5.7% higher. Very interestingly however, also within the sector, semiconductors as an industry grouping would be highly exposed to China, but still did very well last week. Both the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index (SOX), and the Dow Jones U.S.

At a factory in southwest Shanghai, dozens of machines cut and sew thin white cotton pieces into disposable face masks.
The machines have been running around the clock since Jan. 21, when the factory was due to close for the Lunar New Year holiday.

Most of us only get to interact with the multibillion-dollar global art market by visiting museums like The Broad.
Opened in Downtown Los Angeles in 2015, The Broad showcases the personal collection of local philanthropists Eli And Edythe Broad. Their collection of modern art comprises more than 2,000 pieces — nearly all kept at the museum — with just a few hundred on display in its galleries.
Since its opening, the museum has attracted thousands of visitors each year — more than 917,000 in 2019. Joanne Heyler, founding director of The Broad, recently took “Marketplace” host Kai Ryssdal on a tour of the vaults where the collection is stored.
Hooters at Aloha Tower Marketplace closes | Honolulu Star-Advertiser
Officials from Hawaii Pacific University, who owns the marketplace, were not immediately available for comment, but staff at the property management office said Hawaiian Electric turned off the electricity at Hooters on Feb. 3.
A post on the bar’s Instagram page confirmed its closing. It’s the second restaurant to close at Aloha Tower this month. Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant abruptly closed over the weekend after 26 years.
The sports bar was the only Hooters in Hawaii. Hooters of America, LLC is Hooters’ franchisor and is based in Atlanta, Ga.
