Our businesses are changed. Given that, there is no chance that your old offerings are going to meet the needs, hopes and desires of your changed customers without changes. Trying to sell your old offerings to the customers you had is a recipe for disaster.
Those approaching problems with a marketing perspective, start with potential customers' needs, hopes and desires and then figure out ways to create, deliver, and communicate offerings that satisfy those potential customers.

Barbershop in Washington state reopens in defiance of coronavirus order, customers line up
A barber in Washington state who said it was his "constitutional right" to reopen his business despite the governor's stay-at-home order drew a long line of customers.
Robert Martin, owner of Stag Barber and Styling in Snohomish, about 30 miles north of downtown Seattle, told CBS affiliate KIRO-TV that more than 130 people came to his shop for haircuts over the weekend.
Video footage from outside the shop showed a line of men, many not wearing a mask. Some customers came from other counties and waited hours to get a haircut at Martin's barbershop, according to the outlet.

Insurer Allstate will likely grant an additional rebate to auto insurance customers due to reduced driving during the coronavirus outbreak, Chief Executive Officer Tom Wilson said in an interview on Tuesday.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KTXL) – Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg told FOX40 Tuesday that the city of Sacramento has led the nation in the lowest number of COVID-19 infections per capita.
Steinberg said the city's success fighting the pandemic will continue if businesses reopen using caution and concern.
Jim Relles, owner of Relles Florist in midtown Sacramento, told FOX40 his business will continue with the safety practices they’ve been doing since the coronavirus guidelines were put in place.
