List of retailers requiring customers to wear face mask inside of stores

( WKBN /Nexstar Media Wire) – Many retailers across the country are now requiring customers to wear a face mask or a face covering while entering inside of its stores.

Here’s a list of businesses who will be requiring people to wear masks while visiting their stores:

Dayton, DPL utility shut-offs are resuming, but customers have options

After a four-month break, the city of Dayton resumed water shut-offs this week, and Dayton Power & Light Co. announced that disconnections for nonpayment will restart Sept. 1.

Customers who are behind on their bills should not panic because there are a variety of ways to avoid losing service, including payment plans and outside assistance, officials say.

"I think we have done a good job of partnering with our customers to inform them of their options," said C. LaShea Lofton, Dayton's deputy city manager and finance director. "Don't think that some amount isn't enough: We will work with you."

Lowe's and Home Depot to Require Customers to Wear Masks - The New York Times

Lowe's and Home Depot on Friday became the latest retailers that will begin requiring all their customers to wear masks.

Home Depot's mask requirement will start Wednesday. The company said children and customers with medical conditions would not be required to wear facial coverings.

"As a retailer offering essential goods, we have a responsibility to our associates, customers and small businesses in communities nationwide to help provide a safe shopping experience," Marvin R. Ellison, Lowe's president and chief executive, said in a statement.

Aldi requiring all customers to wear face masks starting July 27

(WJW) — Aldi is yet another retailer choosing to make masks mandatory for all its customers nationwide to help curb the spread of COVID-19.

Starting Monday, July 27, the grocery store is requiring all of its customers, along with its employees (who already wear them) to don face coverings while shopping.

“The health and safety of our employees, customers and the communities we serve will always be our highest priority,” the store said in a press release.
