It marks the return of a winter ad campaign, which was restored after funding for Pure Michigan was not included in the 2019 state budget.

They encourage people to take advantage of outdoor winter activities like skiing, ice fishing and snowshoeing, all things Traverse City Tourism says northern Michigan offers plenty of.
“There’s a lot of businesses, especially in northern Michigan, who depend on outdoor recreation in the winter time so this campaign really encourages people to get out and still enjoy the great outdoors in northern Michigan,” said Trevor Tkach, President and CEO of Traverse City Tourism.

The Lincoln Project, which spent much of the year trolling President Donald Trump with TV ads aimed directly at him, is deploying the tactic in South Florida.
Starting Wednesday, if Trump turns on the TV at the two locations where he's spent time since Dec. 23 — his Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach or the Trump International Golf Course in West Palm Beach — there's a chance he'll see the Lincoln Project's latest.
The ad buying and tracking firm Medium reported that Lincoln Project has bought TV time in the West Palm Beach market from Wednesday through Jan. 5. Trump is scheduled to be in the area until Jan. 3.

Fox News Airs Deceptive Trump Ad Based on Georgia Fraud Video
Though the 2020 general election occurred roughly two months ago, the Trump campaign just released a new campaign ad that claims voter fraud occurred at a Dekalb County, Georgia polling location.
The 30-second spot relies on now infamous security footage that Rudy Giuliani claims shows clear malfeasance by local poll workers. Except that it doesn’t and has been debunked by Georgia’s Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, who is himself a Trump supporter.
