He said he and his employees were paying close attention to the trial. "We'd like to know the outcome," he said, adding that the phone kept ringing because family and friends wanted to know if he was watching.
But he said he couldn't say much because the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension "asked us not to comment until after the trial is over."

AKRON, Ohio , March 31, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- FirstEnergy Corp. (NYSE: FE ) today announced that its Ohio utilities – Ohio Edison, The Illuminating Company and Toledo Edison – will collectively credit customers approximately $26 million in revenues that were previously collected through a decoupling mechanism authorized under Ohio law.
Over the past several months, FirstEnergy's Board of Directors and management team have taken steps to reduce regulatory uncertainty affecting the company's Ohio utilities.

The vast majority of customers want and expect to work with dealerships to buy their vehicle. But less than half plan to discuss how to finance their car at the store.
Nearly 7 out of 10 customers said car deals break down when discussing financing. Negotiations on the car price had the most issues and was cited by 34 percent of customers. Discussions over finances came in second with 20 percent, and negotiations on the vehicle trade-in price was the third most-cited reason customers said they walked away from a car deal.

Customers, Conservation Groups File Federal Challenge against Alabama Power's Discriminatory
WASHINGTON, DC – A petition filed today with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) asserts that the Alabama Public Service Commission (PSC) violated federal law when it allowed Alabama Power to impose punitive charges against customers with on-site solar.
The petition, which was filed by the Southern Environmental Law Center (SELC) and Ragsdale LLC, asks FERC to compel the PSC to implement the federal Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act (PURPA), which protects solar customers from unfair treatment by their utility.
