Cloudflare launches privacy -focused WordPress analytics platform | TechRadar

Content delivery network provider Cloudflare has announced a new privacy-respecting analytics service, which it has now integrated with the de-facto WordPress hosting platform , Wordpress.com.

The new product, dubbed Privacy First Web Analytics , will allow website publishers to collect usage data and get meaningful insights about their visitors without invading their privacy.

"At Cloudflare, our mission is to help build a better Internet, and part of that is to deliver essential web analytics to everyone with a website, without compromising user privacy. For free. We've never been interested in tracking users or selling advertising. Chicago Fire announce creation of new football analytics group - Hot Time In Old Town

The Chicago Fire are taking a big step toward toward the future, announcing a newly created football analytics group. Kevin Minkus joins the club as Director, Football Analytics.

Minkus will now be responsible for building a team that will "ensure the Club's football data processes are efficient and reliable," according to a news release. He will report to the club's sporting director, Georg Heitz.

"We're very excited to officially welcome Kevin to the Club," Heitz said in the news release. "We have been really pleased with his work for us as a consultant during the last two years and having him join in a full-time capacity will allow us to further expand our approach to data and analytics."
