Trampoline park customers attack, rob 14-year-old employee when asked to leave

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Police say a 14-year-old girl was attacked and robbed by five women after asking them to leave the trampoline park where she worked.  

Investigators released several images of suspects involved in the attack outside Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Sunday in the Trinity Commons shopping center on Germantown Parkway.

"She's defending herself, and then you seen the other ladies surrounding her and attacking her," said Johnson.

More than 8K Duke Energy customers without power

WEST CHESTER TWP., Ohio (FOX19) - More than 8,000 Duke Energy customers are without power as high winds blow through the Tri-State early Friday.

That includes Butler County, which was hit the hardest with power outages so far, according to Duke Energy's website.

More than 1,000 are out in Hamilton and Warren counties, where time of restoration is listed as 10 a.m.

Butler County dispatchers also report minor storm damage so far, but they say trees are down "all over."

Some 125,000 customers have placed orders for Ford Motor Co.'s highly-anticipated Bronco SUV, the automaker reported Thursday — but some will be waiting longer than expected for their vehicle to arrive.

Olive Garden parent is raising wages for hourly workers as customers start dining in again -

Darden Restaurants Inc. DRI, +8.19% will raise wages starting Monday so that each hourly worker will earn at least $10 per hour, including tip income.

Right now, the company's average hourly restaurant worker is making $17 per hour, including servers and bartenders, who earn more than $20 per hour, according to Gene Lee, chief executive of Darden.

The announcement came alongside the company's fiscal third-quarter earnings , which exceeded expectations.

Former Maine contractor indicted for stealing nearly $500,000 from customers

ROCKLAND, Maine ― The former owner of a now defunct construction company allegedly stole more than $500,000 from customers through deceptive business practices, according to the Maine Attorney General's Office.

Stewart abruptly closed his Union-based business, Castle Builders, in September of 2019, leaving clients with unfinished projects that had already been paid and 22 employees out of work .

The indictment comes about one year after the attorney general's office filed a lawsui t against Stewart and his wife under the state's Unfair Trade Practices Law to prevent the couple from continuing to solicit business and to seek restitution for former customers.
