Rude customers are a drag – but can we small business owners do more? | Gene Marks | The Guardian

Christopher Morales, who owns the Golden Crown Panaderia, a bakery and sandwich shop in Albuquerque, New Mexico, has seen a significant rise in unruly customer behavior this year.

The owners had this advice for customers: "Don't yell when your order isn't out in 15 minutes. Have some common sense and empathy. We aren't going to comp food for taking too long when you were told there was a wait. We aren't in control of the weather.

Tesla polices customers' social media? That's what sororities do, too.

If you were in a sorority in college, the following scenario will be familiar: You post a cute pic on Instagram, one where you're holding a drink. Maybe it's an ambiguous red solo cup, or a beer bottle partially out of frame.

Apparently, the situation isn't unique to srats . If you post a complaint about Tesla to social media, you might get a similar request to delete your post.

Kaseya Makes Customers Sign NDAs to Obtain Ransomware Decryptor

The company declined to comment on whether it paid for the key in a statement to Gizmodo on Friday. However, some experts say it's possible the Russian government could have given Kaseya the key after pressure from the Biden administration.

Cybersecurity experts that spoke with CNN pointed out that some of Kaseya's clients were frustrated when the company announced it had obtained a universal decryptor because they had already spent time and resources trying to restore their systems on their own, albeit with mixed success.
