Santa Barbara County finalizes rankings for Orcutt cannabis retail storefront applications |
ORCUTT, Calif. – Santa Barbara County announced the final rankings for proposed cannabis storefronts in Orcutt.
The ranking was based off of an on-site visit to the proposed retail locations, reviews and more criteria.
A total of fiver applicants were on the list. The county said the top ranked location is on Clark Avenue near Highway 101. It will be the only business eligible to apply for a permit.

When Susan Tynan went to frame her National Parks posters at a local framing store, she said it was confusing and expensive — $400 per poster to be exact, she said. She also said she was "really intimidated throughout the process."
