Robinhood Sold IPO Shares to More Than 300,000 of Its Customers - WSJ

Hundreds of thousands of Robinhood Markets Inc.'s customers bought shares in the trading app's rocky initial public offering earlier this week.

In a post on its app, Robinhood said 301,573 users participated in the IPO, which raised about $2 billion and valued the company at $32 billion . That represents about 1.3% of the company's 22.5 million funded accounts as of June 30.

Michigan Burger King employee pointed gun at drive-thru customers: report | Fox News

A former Burger King employee in Michigan has a court date scheduled for next Thursday after being charged last week in connection with a weapons incident in April.

Dustin Rocheleau, 24, of Garden City, allegedly pointed a handgun at some drive-thru customers while working at the drive-thru window of the restaurant in Livonia, about 20 miles west of Detroit, FOX 2 of Detroit reported.

Nightclub offers incentives to employees, customers to get vaccinated

Cleve Mash is the owner of the Clematis Social nightclub in downtown West Palm Beach. He's trying something new in the fight against COVID-19.

"With the reluctancy of the younger adults not wanting to get the vaccination, we decided that we would offer a $200 cash incentive to every employee, whether they've had the COVID vaccination or whether they're going to have the COVID vaccination," Mash said.

OPPD: 1,200 West Omaha customers without power due to accident

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Just over 1,200 people are without power after unconfirmed reports of a car accident, according to OPPD.

A post on their website states the outage is in West Omaha. The power company says power is estimated to be restored by 6:30 p.m.
