Washington coalition launches ad campaign to criticize Loudoun County Public School leadership

WASHINGTON (WDVM) — A local coalition launched an ad campaign that criticizes Loudoun County leadership and recent events within the public school system.

The Free to Learn Coalition released a statement about the ads that they aired, stating that officials developed “a divisive curriculum promoted by political activists, and the efforts by county officials to silence any opposition to its political agenda.”

District Responds to Half-Million Dollar Condemnatory Ad-Buy - Loudoun Now

The embattled Loudoun County School Board is now the target of a $500,000 advertisement campaign by the Free to Learn Coalition, which the school district claims is packed with false and misleading statements.

The $500,000 campaign featured a spot during the Washington Football Team's Sunday afternoon game and will run several times over the course of the next two weeks.
