A months-long customer service meltdown at Washington Gas has the attention of regulators and has infuriated customers, some of whom have remained on hold for more than three hours as they seek to have service turned on or off with the utility.

Over ten percent of DEMCO customers across the state still without power

DEMCO said Saturday that 89 percent of customers had their power restored, and there are still 12,699 outages across the state.

DEMCO also said that customers in Tangipahoa Parish could be without power until the first week of November. I-12 will be shut down Sunday to repair lines across the interstate.

'Things will be okay' | Middendorf's welcomes back customers after storm |

The folks at Middenorf's in Manchac are offering their warm welcomes once again after Hurricane Ida shut the restaurant down for about two weeks.

Newnan Utilities' Caring Customers give to nonprofits - The Newnan Times-Herald

Kevin Barbee with ELEVATE Coweta holds a check for the organization. Newnan Utilities' Caring Customers have donated $10,000 to three local nonprofits, including $3,500 to ELEVATE Coweta.

Newnan Utilities has announced grants that will help out three non-profit organizations, paid for by their customers.
According to a release from Newnan Utilities, over $10,000 has been awarded to ELEVATE Coweta Students, I-58 Mission and the Coweta Samaritan Clinic from Caring Customers.
