Chicken Salad Chick replaces Brickton Road's former Verizon storefront | Missouri Business |

A new chicken restaurant, Chicken Salad Chick, will be coming to Columbia. The new restaurant will be located at 300 Brickton Road.

Chicken Salad Chick offers a taste of Southern-style chicken across 17 states, according to its website. The family-founded restaurant offers a variety of chicken salads, sandwiches, soups and side dishes.

Appliance dealer to ramp up its Med City presence with larger storefront | Post Bulletin

Warners' Stellian appliances plans to revamp the former Haley Comfort Systems showroom at 4320 W. Frontage Road U.S. 52 as its new Med City home.

"We will start construction there in December," said Warners' Stellian general manager Brian Holicky . "We hope to be able to make the move late in the first quarter of 2022. It will be a seamless transition from our current store."

Berks County roaster Firehouse Coffee opens storefront

At the beginning of October, Adams opened the doors to the new site of Firehouse Coffee along Route 222 in Maxatawny Township — the culmination of more than a decade of work.

Built on the site of the former Smith & Croll General Store and Maxatawny Post Office, Firehouse Coffee serves gourmet java to go by the cup or bag, all roasted on location by Adams himself.

Nonfiction Natural Wines in Bay View will move to a new shop next year

Nonfiction, which Bradley and Allison Kruse now operate at 800 E. Potter Ave., would remain in Bay View. The new location would be at 2563 S. Kinnickinnic Ave.

That's in the newly constructed BV+ building, which has retail space on the ground floor and apartments above, mostly small studios and some one-bedrooms. It's also next door to the new HoneyPie Cafe location.
