Georgia child advocates launch “Mask Up for Kids” ad campaign |

ATLANTA – Three child advocacy organizations in Georgia are launching an ad campaign encouraging both adults and children to wear masks to discourage the spread of COVID-19.

Voices for Georgia's Children is being joined in the "Mask Up for Kids" campaign by the state chapter of the American Academy for Pediatrics and PARTNERS for Equity in Child and Adolescent Health.

NGO welcomes Amitabh Bachchan's decision to drop out of 'paan-masala' ad campaign

Panaji– The National Organisation For Tobacco Eradication (NOTE), an anti-tobacco organisation, has welcomed Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan’s decision to withdraw from surrogate ads promoting tobacco products on his 79th birthday.

The NGO in September had written to the veteran actor to withdraw from an endorsement campaign promoting a ‘paan-masala’ brand claiming that his distancing from the campaign would help wean away youngsters from getting hooked to tobacco.
