A storefront materializes at the Cousins Subs ghost kitchen in Walker's Point

The shop at 117 W. National Ave., which is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, was a delivery-only site with a commissary kitchen from its opening in 2019 until last week. The large kitchen is used for bigger catering orders.

The 5,300-square-foot building with parking appealed to Cousins for its proximity not only to Walker's Point residents and employees but to downtown, Bay View, the Third Ward and the Summerfest grounds 1 mile away.
