BEVERLY HILLS (CBSLA) — Authorities on Sunday were investigating the circumstances surrounding two incidences in Beverly Hills that resulted in windows to two stores being smashed. "This used to be the safest city in the west but it's not anymore," said shopper Salvano Fino.
Beverly Hills police said officers responded Sunday to reports of a window smashed near the 200 block of Rodeo Drive. When they arrived, they located two storefronts that had windows smashed.

TULSA, Okla. — Around 1 a.m. Sunday morning a truck crashed through the Whittier Bar storefront.
The storefront has been severely damaged and bar will be closed for a few days while they fix it up.

Pearl Bakery, located at 10159 SW Commerce Circle on the west side of town, offers breads, pastries and other goodies for locals, grocery stores and restaurants alike. There isn’t a storefront just yet but owner Bianca McAravey is hoping to add that component at some point in the future.

Last year, PlayStation removed Cyberpunk 2077 from the PlayStation Store. This year, it's removed Call of Duty: Vanguard from the featured section of the digital storefront. When Cyberpunk 2077 was removed it was due to the quality of the game. This time, this isn't the case.

Judge dismisses Wolfire Games antitrust suit against Valve
This may have been the year of suits. Not of the clothing variety, though some might have worn them in court. Activision Blizzard was hit by a lawsuit by California, and Microsoft faced a class-action lawsuit over Xbox drift issues at the start of 2021.
But Valve, when it spoke about the matter in July, wanted the case dismissed. Valve said that this was due to Wolfire not bringing forward all the requirements for what would cover an antitrust case.
