Cultivating a base of satisfied customers is the holy grail for any successful business , the researchers said. A 2021 study by Mittal found that a 1-point increase on a 7-point scale measuring satisfaction resulted in 12% sales growth for firms.

Monthly bills to increase for Black Hills Energy customers

Black Hills Energy announced Wednesday it reached a settlement agreement for its plan to recover costs incurred for Kansas customers resulting from Winter Storm Uri in February 2021 in a release from the company.

Entergy New Orleans customers hit with inflated bills, fears of getting disconnected

Many New Orleans residents were waiting in line Friday to pay for energy bills they say they couldn't afford.
