BETHLEHEM — A newly opened store at Kenwood Avenue's Four Corners was damaged after a pickup truck in reverse careened into it Wednesday night, town police said.
Police said they were called to the Fifth Corner Goods and Gifts in Delmar at 5:42p.m. for a report of a vehicle into a building. The emergency responders found the 2019 Chevrolet Colorado partially inside the business.

The opening of the store is six years in the making. The artists at the Ability Center of Virginia have been making the cards since then, but they’ve only been sold at a few locations in Virginia Beach and at craft shows.

The two held a soft opening Nov. 6 and plan to host a grand opening on Nov. 27 in recognition of Small Business Saturday, where they'll be ready with take-home growlers of the sparking, nonalcoholic fermented drink. They'll also have kombucha starter kits ready as Christmas gifts.

The owner of the Albuquerque Dukes Store in Nob Hill is sharing security footage showing a man vandalizing the shop's storefront.
He tries several times before breaking the window and triggering the alarm. But right as he throws that final rock, you see the man face plant off his bike onto the pavement.

LONGMEADOW - Two businesses in Longmeadow are celebrating five years of cohabitating in the same shop, while looking toward the future.
Shoenique is a shoe store described by owner Jennifer Bates as focusing on “fashion-comfort.” InChic is an upscale fashion boutique. The two women-owned businesses joined forces in 2016 and set up in the same location at the Longmeadow Shops as InChicShoenique.
