Manufacturers embrace ecommerce, but it's not mainstream yet

Editor's note: US manufacturing is not at crossroads with implementing widespread digital commerce. Manufacturers already are well down the path to serving an increasingly digital-first customer base. But the pace of implementation is uneven.

Humble lays off employees in ecommerce restructuring

Game Developer has learned that Humble, the game sales bundling platform that's sometimes also a game publisher, laid off a number of employees this week.

Report: eCommerce Company FirstCry to Go Public | PYMNTS.com

FirstCry, a baby products-focused eCommerce company headquartered in India, is preparing to file an initial public offering (IPO), Bloomberg reported Wednesday (April 13).

Sources told the news outlet that the retailer could raise $700 million as it seeks a valuation of $6 billion. The IPO is expected to include new and existing shares, and sources said a listing could take place as soon as this year.
