The women's clothing retailer, part of Urban Outfitters , will have to pay $13 million in skipped rent for its four-year stay in Delshah Capital's 5 8-60 Ninth Avenue in the Meatpacking District, a judge ruled Tuesday.
It took three law firms and a federal judge in the Southern District of New York for Delshah to get the money.

SUV crashes through Turkey Hill storefront in St. Lawrence
Aug. 30—An SUV crashed through the storefront of Turkey Hill Minit Market in St. Lawrence on Tuesday after the driver missed the brake pedal and stepped onto the accelerator as the vehicle entered the parking lot, Central Berks Regional police said.
No one was injured in the crash about 12:15 p.m. at the store at 3057 St. Lawrence Ave., police said.
