PDQ Printing New Paltz Quietly Closes Storefront, Goes Digital
What had been a very popular business in New Paltz for quite some time, PDQ Printing, formerly in the New Paltz Plaza on Rt. 299, no longer has a storefront location for the business.
Customers, some saying they had used the business dating back to when the shop was operating in the Convenient Deli Plaza in New Paltz years and years ago, were concerned when rumors began circulating that PDQ was closed for good.
Sourdough bakery opening storefront in Ballston Spa
BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — Night Work Bread Co., an artisan sourdough bakery, is opening a brick-and-mortar location in Ballston Spa. Husband and wife duo Leigh Rathner and Cindy Rosenberg plan to open the shop in February.
Rathner and Rosenburg officially started the company in May 2021 after moving to Saratoga Springs from Los Angeles. Rathner was a cameraman in Hollywood, but when COVID-19 hit, he was out of work and started baking at home.
