The utility company expects all service to be restored by 6 p.m. Friday, said Ashley Macik, a spokesperson for Duquesne Light.

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Duke Energy Florida today said it is on track to restore nearly all customers who lost power during Tropical Storm Nicole by 10 p.m. tonight, though many will be restored sooner.

“This storm impacted every area in our service territory, but we were ready,” said Todd Fountain, Duke Energy Florida’s storm director. “We appreciate everyone’s patience and support as we work to safely restore everyone’s service as soon as possible.”

FTX customers attempt roundabout ways to withdraw their funds in Bahamas

As the FTX crisis continues to permeate through the cryptosphere , users of the platform are trying various ways to bypass the official process of withdrawing their funds from the collapsing exchange.

On Nov. 10, the exchange announced that it will begin withdrawals of funds based in the Bahamas. According to the exchange, the move aims to have its Bahamian headquarters comply with the demands of regulators within the country.

S pire Global posted record revenue of $20.4 million in the third quarter of 2022, a gain of 114% over the same time period last year.

Revenue was also up quarter-on-quarter, after the company posted $19.4 million in revenue in the second quarter .

More customers opting for iPhones with higher storage capacity

Consumer Intelligence Research Partners, also known as CIRP , shared a new market research report this week with data on iPhone sales between late September and early October 2022.

The report is based on a field survey conducted in the US after the end of Apple's fiscal fourth quarter. In this period, iPhone 14 models accounted for 21% of iPhone sales. The iPhone 14 Plus wasn't included in the survey because it was launched at a later date.
