Bad News For Customers: Forrester Predicts One In Five CX Programs Will Disappear

Forrester recently released Predictions 2023: Customer Experience , a report that foresees 2023 being "a year of reckoning for customer experience (CX) programs as companies struggle to focus on customers." For some customers, depending on who they do business with, this is bad news.

Businesses bustling with customers for Small Business Saturday

Lots of shoppers headed out for Small Business Saturday on Nov. 26 in Richmond to support local retailers.

Business was buzzing at Bee Charmed, many people came out to shop and bought items from the 90 local vendors who sell handcrafted goods at the store. One of those vendors is Michael Rand.

RMP: Roughly 2,000 customers without power early Sunday in Casper - Casper, WY Oil City News

UPDATE: Rocky Mountain Power is now estimating to have power back on by 11 a.m.

According to Rocky Mountain Power, the outage was first reported at 6:53 a.m. and affects 2,095 customers in central Casper in the 82607 and 82604 area codes. The cause of the outage is under investigation, according to the company’s website.

Small Business Saturday 2022: Ardmore shops busy as customers turn out for annual shopping day

Small Business Saturday drew families to Ardmore to shop at the various coffee shops, restaurants and small mom-and-pop stores on Lancaster Avenue.

"We definitely take pride in being a small business," said Rachel Lange, head barista of the Story Coffee Shop and Bookstore. "We love all our regulars who come in. It makes it really special just to be here for them and the community."
