Louis Vuitton in Trouble Over Joan Mitchell Works in New Ad

JMF says it did not grant Louis Vuitton's initial request because it only allows Mitchell's imagery to be used for educational purposes.

All three works are currently on display in a joint exhibition titled Monet – Mitchell at the Louis Vuitton Foundation in Paris. (The contemporary art space opened in 2014 and is owned by Louis Vuitton's parent company LVMH , a French luxury conglomerate.)

Boston rent control debate draws opposing ad campaign before first hearing

The rubber is hitting the road on the rent-control debate, with opponent revving up a six-digit ad campaign against it and the mayor firing back ahead of an upcoming hearing.

Tuesday dawned with the Greater Boston Real Estate Board rolling out a $400,000 — or more, potentially — campaign against Mayor Michelle Wu’s rent-control proposal.

Oklahoma begins new version tourism ad campaign

OKLAHOMA CITY ( KFOR ) – Oklahoma is looking outside state lines and at home to boost its $10 billion tourism industry.

“We want to spend most of those in strategic, targeted locations in a regional footprint because that’s new money,” said Lt. Governor Pinnell. “That’s money coming into the state. Someone leaves those sales tax dollars in one of our 77 counties and then goes home.
