Levi Strauss Co Reports RecordBreaking DTC Sales in Q1 FY2023 - Best Stocks

Levi Strauss & Co. has reported a 6% increase in net revenues to $1.7 billion in the first quarter of fiscal year 2023. This growth was mainly driven by the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) segment, which made up a record-breaking 39% of total company net revenue.

However, the company’s margin contracted due to discounts, leading to a decrease in net revenue compared to the year-ago period. In the fiscal fourth quarter that ended on November 27, 2022, Levi’s net revenue decreased to $1.6 billion, down 6% from the year-ago period.
