BRENTWOOD, Mo. — The owner of the prominent Brentwood Promenade shopping center has put it up for sale.
Owned by Site Centers of Ohio, the property boasts 337,800 square feet of retail, including anchors such as Target, Trader Joe's, Burlington, World Market, ULTA, PetSmart and Five Below. An asking price wasn't provided by broker CBRE.
St. Louis County appraises the site at $29 million; the property tax bill last year totaled more than $900,000.
