Delivering a distinctive customer experience starts with a focus on customer needs and wants, as well as an anticipation of problems customers may not even know they have. That focus is difficult enough with individual customers, each with their own desires or problems.

But this calculus is even tougher when the customer isn't an individual, but another business. What happens when your customer-experience focus has to account for a complex ecosystem with multiple stakeholders who often have competing concerns?

Energy supplier was so aggressive in its marketing, it reached out to dead PPL customers, state

A Texas company tried so hard to switch PPL customers' energy suppliers without their consent that it enrolled three customers who were dead.

That's one of a raft of allegations Pennsylvania utility regulators have filed against the energy supplier it said committed a wide range of "egregious" marketing violations during the last three years. The infractions include switching customers' energy supply without their consent and threatening to shut off their power.

Lingo Completes Acquisition of Select Customers From Blue Casa Telephone, LLC

Many things are taking place:

Disabled TARC3 customers hit by driver 'strike'

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – People with disabilities who depend on special TARC3 ride services had trouble getting to work and appointments when cab drivers for a subcontractor did not show up for work.

Drivers for the zTrip cab company told WAVE 3 News on Monday they stopped picking up TARC3 customers Sunday as part of a pay dispute. They said they were being expected to take a pay cut by becoming hourly workers, but they currently make more money by being paid by the mile and using a meter.

Trenton Water Works begins asking customers for access to properties for lead line replacement -

Last week Trenton Water Works announced that postcards have been sent out as registration confirmation for nearly 4,000 area residents that will have their lead service lines replaced.

The "pre-construction phase" of the lead service line replacement program has started and representatives from South State, Inc. and Spiniello Co. are contacting customers in Hamilton, Lawrence, Trenton and Ewing to sign right-of-entry forms to inspect pipes to help determine the scope of work and schedule line replacement prior to construction.
