Apple allowing Apple Card customers to skip March payment without interest due to coronavirus -
The key here appears to be that you have to contact Apple Card support in order to join the Customer Assistance Program. That seemingly means that if you simply skip your March payment without contacting support, you'll still be charged interest as usual.
This Apple Card announcement follows Apple's decision to close all of its retail stores outside of China through March 27, effective immediately. Apple also said that it has donated $15 million to the global COVID-19 response and it is also matching employee donations two-to-one to support the effort.

Atmos Energy announced Saturday that because the coronavirus outbreak may cause some customers to experience financial difficulty, whether because of illness, quarantine or disruption at work, they will temporarily suspend natural gas disconnections.

BASKING RIDGE, N.J. – During this unprecedented period challenging the world's health and economy, Verizon announced today, for the next 60 days, it will waive late fees that any residential or small business customers incur because of their economic circumstances related to the coronavirus. In addition, the company will not terminate service to any residential or small business customers because of their inability to pay their bills due to disruptions caused by the coronavirus.
Area businesses respond to fewer walk-in customers
Since some people are avoiding crowds, owner of Curious Collections, Mary House said she's nervous about the future because they rely on their walk-in customers.

"We do expect the sales, the walk-in sales, to drop drastically with the concerns of everyone needing to stay indoors," said House.
House said she's doing everything she can to avoid the spread of the virus while still encouraging people to come in.
