The Murray Police Department, Murray Fire Department and Murray-Calloway County EMS responded at 8:03 Thursday morning to a Volkswagen Passat that ran through the front of JCPenney.
MURRAY – Police say a medical emergency might have contributed to a Murray man crashing into the front of JCPenney.
The Murray Police Department responded at 8:05 a.m. Thursday to a single vehicle injury collision at JCPenney off 12th Street. Upon arrival, officers located a vehicle that was operated by Colby Traylor, 26, of Murray, that had struck JCPenney near the front entrance. Based off statements gathered at the scene, Traylor was traveling east on 121 North and crossed over North 12th Street and entered the JCPenney parking lot.

A measure that would tax San Francisco landlords who leave storefronts vacant too long appeared to have the necessary two-thirds majority to win, but with thousands of ballots still uncounted, elections officials said it was still too close to call.
Proposition D, which would levy a vacancy tax on landlords who keep stores empty for more than six months, was winning 68.04% to 31.96%. It needs only 66.7% to win, but as of Wednesday night there were still 112,000 ballots that had not been counted, enough to change the result, San Francisco Department of Elections officials said.
