The Delaware Public Service Commission has approved changes to Delmarva Power’s practices in commercial rate classifications.
The changes that affect more than 5,000 customers came after the PSC and the state Public Advocate investigated the situation. Delmarva Power also joined the process as it began preliminary work on a proposed rate increase.

T-Mobile this morning officially announced its exclusive partnership with the new streaming service, Quibi, set to launch on April 6. The service will be made available for free for a year to T-Mobile customers on its unlimited wireless family plans.
The streaming service, founded by Hollywood media mogul Jeffrey Katzenberg, has been specifically built for on-the-go viewing on mobile devices. Its “shows” can be watched in 10 minutes or less and take advantage of the mobile device’s ability to be held different ways to enable seamless switching between portrait and landscape modes.

Market Basket is ramping up coronavirus precautions and limiting the number of customers in New England stores after two Chelsea employees tested positive for COVID-19 earlier this week, the company announced.
The regulations, among the strictest social distancing guidelines yet announced by grocery stores, went into effect Thursday and include an associate wiping down customers’ shopping carts upon entering and stores using a single entrance and exit.
