FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA21) - Changes coming soon to one of the nation's largest warehouse clubs will affect the shopping experience at a Fort Wayne location.
Costco on Wednesday said it will implement a mask requirement at all of it's U.S. properties, effective Monday, May 4.

It will take effect the same day that Costco will set aside one hour daily -- at 9 a.m. -- for the disabled and those age 60 and up.
Other changes at the membership warehouse include a limit of two visitors at any time on a single membership.

In a new advertising campaign, Stop & Shop is turning to a trusted source to promote safe shopping practices during the coronavirus crisis: its customers.
The "Please" campaign features Stop & Shop customers sharing simple steps that fellow shoppers can take to better protect themselves and store associates when at the supermarket, the Quincy, Mass.-based grocer said Wednesday. The initiative kicks off this week with television and radio commercials airing in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Plans also call for corresponding print and digital ads.

PERRYSBURG, Ohio — Levis Commons is set make its return to open-air shopping on May 12, leaders announced Wednesday.
The move comes after Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine said retail facilities could return to business on that date as part of the state's plan to slowly reopen the economy.
"With Governor Mike DeWine's announcement this week, Levis Commons is prepping for the return of retail to The Town Center," marketing director Christine Best said. "Our restaurants and essential businesses have been hard at work, carrying the proverbial ball for the team these past six weeks. We're ready to reintroduce the community to our retail component on May 12."

Chico's announces reopening plan, rolls out new shopping experience
Chico’s says it will do this in three phases starting next week and they’re rolling out a whole new shopping experience to adapt to these changing times.

Texas retailers will be able to reopen Friday under Abbott's order, provided they maintain social distancing and hygiene guidelines and only function at 25% occupancy. If there are no new flare-ups of coronavirus cases during Phase 1, Abbott said the guidelines will be loosened during Phase 2 in mid-May.
