BRUNSWICK, Ohio — A Brunswick diner is closed Sunday after a car crashed into their storefront.
9ER's Diner in Brunswick posted to their Facebook page this morning sharing a few details about the incident. While there weren't many specifics, they did report that there were no injuries.

Artists complete murals and artwork on Downtown Madison storefronts
MADISON, Wis.– Following looting and damage to downtown businesses, many have turned the boarded up storefronts into works of art, and today artists painted the final murals.
On the front of the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art, Salt Rock is painting a large mural of a young black woman. He said his step-daughters inspired this paining.
“I got two step-daughters that are black, and we moved up to Wisconsin and one moved back because it was hard to go to school and fit in,” Salt Rock said. “So I thought, what’s better than painting them?”
Initiative aims to connect artists with Cleveland businesses to beautify storefronts
CLEVELAND — A local group is looking for artists and creators to help inspire and create visual expressions and artwork on Cleveland storefronts to help share perspectives of people of color in the community while beautifying buildings.
Many business owners in Downtown Cleveland, despite the damage caused to their storefronts by agitators who disrupted the peaceful demonstration, have expressed their support of the recent protests and understanding of the frustration many Americans are feeling. Those businesses have reached out, looking for artists to animate their storefronts while they wait for repairs.

The deceitful tactic was called out by The Seattle Times. The local newspaper reported that when it asked Fox News about the images, the network removed them.
Fox News' depiction of the demonstration mirrors much of right-wing media's attempt to portray it as menacing. Protesters have declared a small slice of Seattle an "autonomous zone" after clashes with authorities led police to evacuate a precinct. While there have been some sightings of armed individuals, the area has remained largely peaceful with people gathering for food, speeches, and movie screenings.

Owner Stacey Lamberts started her business SnS Dips five years ago making six varieties of handcrafted, gourmet dip mixes.
“I did so well with those first six, I started creating more recipes for increased variety and requests from our customer base. I am now up to around 40 flavors varying from savory, spicy, bread, sweet and even pickle mixes.”

Storefronts slow to get back to business on first day of city's reopening • Brooklyn
For New York businesses making "a brand new start of it in old New York" following three months of COVID-19 restrictions, the first day of reopening Monday served more as preparation for the future.
But many stores across the city didn't reopen Monday. Instead, for shops like Slowear Venezia in SoHo, June 8 served as a preparation day for future days of commerce.
"Especially after the SoHo looting, on the very first day, we're bringing the store back in shape," said Marcel York, who serves as Slowear Venezia store manager. "All the product was removed to prevent further looting. We were very lucky that nothing happened with us."
