Trump assures China trade deal "fully intact" after trade adviser's claim

There was a moment Monday evening when the phase one U.S.-China trade deal seemed over and done , at least according to White House trade adviser Peter Navarro speaking on TV. But then President Donald Trump issued a late-night tweet to the contrary.

With grocery sales up, what does that mean for Albertsons' IPO? - Marketplace

The nation's second-largest grocer, Albertsons, is said to preparing for an IPO this week, and analysts are expecting the Idaho-based company to raise $1.3 billion. Albertsons also operates Safeway, Vons Jewel-Osco, Shaw’s, Star Market and more.

Albertsons says its sales were up almost 50% in March, and almost a quarter in April as compared to 2019.

Launch of Open Air Marketplace in Chico delayed to July 2 due to extreme heat advisory

The Downtown Chico Business Association announced the launch of the Open Air Marketplace will be delayed by one week due to the excessive heat warning issued by the National Weather Service.

"We apologize for the confusion on the launch date; however, the health and safety of our community is our first concern," said Melanie Bassett, Executive Director of the Downtown Chico Business Association.
