MIAMI BEACH, Fla. (WPLG/CNN) -- A bizarre scene was caught on camera as a man smeared blood on several storefronts along a road in Florida.
"I find that very bizarre, somebody putting blood all over the windows of these buildings," Tom Donall, a resident, said.
Cameras outside of an Ace Hardware show the man smear blood from an apparent cut all over the glass doors and handle. He then moves on down the block, covering surfaces in blood as he goes.

The Hemingford Community Redevelopment Authority (CRA) board of Riki Hunter, Dave Randolph, Joni Jespersen, Ryan Gasseling, and Jay Johnson recently approved the 'Hemingford Storefront Improvement Grant' for business and property owners located in Hemingford at their regular meeting on July 14th, 2020. The program will give local businesses the opportunity to apply for up to $1000 for assistance to improve the exterior of their buildings.

Applications for this grant will be processed by the CRA during their regular scheduled meeting on August 25th. Each application will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Use of grant funds will determine whether the grant will be reimbursed to the business or paid directly to the service provider. Paid invoices will need to be provided for proof of purchase.

(Meredith) -- Police in Miami Beach, Florida, are investigating after a man was caught on camera allegedly smearing blood on the front of stores.
According to Local 10 News , surveillance footage shows a man walking up to the front of an Ace Hardware store and rubbing the blood from a cut on his arm and hand on the store's glass window.

4 Norwalk businesses get $24K to improve storefronts - CTInsider.com
NORWALK — Four local businesses will receive a total of $24,000 in grants for storefront improvements as part of a larger program to support city merchants.
These grants were part of the first round of the Storefront Improvement Program, which provides a 100 percent match up to $10,000 for projects aimed at improving the exterior of businesses. The city is dedicating $50,000 to the program, with about $26,000 still available in grants.
Two businesses received grants up to $10,000: Harmony of the Mind, Body and Soul of East Avenue and Hair Tech Beauty Academy on East Avenue. Harmony of the Mind, Body and Soul used its grant for new windows while Hair Tech Beauty Academy used its funds for new windows, trim, planters and benches.
