CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Florida man smears blood on windows, doors of storefronts
MIAMI BEACH, Fla. (WPLG/CNN) -- A bizarre scene was caught on camera as a man smeared blood on several storefronts along a road in Florida.
"I find that very bizarre, somebody putting blood all over the windows of these buildings," Tom Donall, a resident, said.
Cameras outside of an Ace Hardware show the man smear blood from an apparent cut all over the glass doors and handle. He then moves on down the block, covering surfaces in blood as he goes.
Ephemeral Florals Pop Up at Buckhead Storefront - Buckhead
A SCAD Atlanta graduate has taken over an 827-square-foot storefront in the Buckhead Village District between Hermès and Canali. Skye Lin, an artist with a background in fine art, installations, and sculptures, has created an otherworldly experience in this cozy little storefront. She first started working with flowers during the 2020 shutdown when she began constructing floral arrangements in her home and gifting them to friends and neighbors.
The pop up, called Pinker Times, offers an immersive experience with artful floral displays and ephemeral soundscapes alongside arrangements and bouquets for sale. The flowers Lin uses are almost exclusively bought from local growers like Chattahoochee Queen and 3 Porch Farm. Over the course of two months the installation will continue to evolve as new flowers are brought in and Lin creates new works in the space.

SOS: Save Our Storefronts! Save Our State!
We strongly support legislation that will be introduced to the New York State Assembly by Assembly Member Harvey Epstein. After listening to our concerns and heeding our input, Assembly Member Epstein drafted a bill that calls on landlords and tenants to face this rent crisis together—to share the burden of saving the fabric of the city we love.

Please join us in supporting this bill. Without relief, the landscape of New York City will be changed fundamentally. And forever.
