PG&E business customers could see rate increases in 2021 to pay for fire-prevention upgrades

For bundled business customers, the San Francisco-based utility expects a rate change of around 3%–8% for electric service and 2.5%–4% for natural gas, depending on company type, size and energy use. But the average monthly bill for commercial customers could increase or decrease, based on the timing of regulatory decisions, customer usage and where in Northern California the business is located, the utility said in a statement.

How Brand Trust and Customer Loyalty Are Won and Lost

All relationships are built upon trust. Whether it's a romantic relationship or a relationship between a customer and a brand, if there is no trust, there can be no relationship. Trusting a person or a brand involves estimations of probabilities of how the person or brand will behave, and is a state of vulnerability for the person that is placing trust in another. Put another way, trust is a feeling of confidence and security in the way an entity will act.

It doesn't take trust for us to know that when we go outside during the day, the sun will be in the sky. It has always been there, and we know it will be there tomorrow. But when the weatherman has been correct for the last year in his weather predictions, we trust him when he says it will be sunny today at noon. He is not infallible, but he has not broken our trust so far, and we trust that he will once again be correct in his forecast.

10 Ways Hulu Is Building A Customer Experience To Rival Netflix

The streaming wars are in full swing, with 2020 bringing new entrants like HBO Max and Peacock to fight against the long-time favorites.

The battle for streaming viewers essentially comes down to two main factors: library and experience . And while Netflix often gets all the credit for its great service, Hulu is quietly building an amazing customer experience with personalization and innovative solutions.

* * *

Most customers form their opinion of a streaming service within just a few minutes (or seconds) of exploring the app. Hulu's user-friendly interface organizes content by category and makes it easy for users to see not only what's trending, but also other shows they might be interested in. Hulu creates dedicated home screens for major events like the Olympics and March Madness and for seasonal content, which puts the content users are most interested in front and center.

There are indications that Huawei is not supporting its existing US customers with services and products for current deployments. However, according to a person familiar with the matter, Huawei continues to support its existing US customers despite US government actions aimed at extinguishing its US business and tearing its equipment out of US networks.

"In 2019, the [Federal Communications] Commission deemed Huawei and ZTE as national security risks, barring rural carriers from utilizing government funds from purchasing equipment from Huawei and ZTE," wrote the Secure Networks Coalition (SNC) which comprises Tasman Technologies, Televate and Monetti and Associates in a filing with the FCC .
