A former security technician for home security company ADT admitted he secretly accessed customers' home security cameras more than 9,600 times over more than four years, particularly in homes of women to spy on them.
"This defendant, entrusted with safeguarding customers' homes, instead intruded on their most intimate moments," said Acting U.S. Attorney Prerak Shah. "We are glad to hold him accountable for this disgusting betrayal of trust."

LONGMONT — Longmont's building energy benchmarking program, an opportunity for businesses to better understand their properties' energy use, is now open to large commercial and industrial buildings of 20,000 square feet or more.
Longmont Power & Communications said that building energy benchmarking compares a structure to similar building types across the U.S. in similar climates — such as comparing an office building to another office building or a school to a school — using no-cost Environmental Protection Agency software. That information can then be used to help improve the property's energy efficiency.

Business has been bouncing back at Kung Food Chu's AmerAsia in Covington, thanks to delivery apps, and a stream of takeout orders, but co-owner Hana Chu is getting frustrated by a simmering problem in recent weeks: late pickups.
"We noticed a lot of third party delivery drivers weren't coming to pick up the food for a long time," Chu said.

According to the PG&E Outage site, over 3100 customers were without power at 4:45 p.m. A larger number were without power earlier in the afternoon. But power has been restored to the areas east and north of the city.
