Promenade Shops at Centerra listed for foreclosure at $83.65M – Loveland Reporter-Herald
LOVELAND — The Promenade Shops at Centerra shopping district has been issued a foreclosure demand worth $83.65 million, marking the second major retail center in Northern Colorado to fail to keep up on debt payments amid the pandemic.

This marks the second time the shopping district has faced foreclosure. It was placed up for auction in 2009 and was acquired by a subsidiary of former lender KeyBank for $85 million. New York City-based real estate private equity group DRA Advisors LLC then bought the property for $75.5 million several months later and are the current owners.

Boxes keep coming: 7-year-old goes on $3,200 Amazon shopping spree
Leah Grabovsky is awfully smart for a 7-year-old. Her grandmother, Angela Grabovsky says, “Leah’s pretty quiet, but evidently very mischievous. Right, Leah? So, she is a leader of the pack. So, she is the one who always comes up with different ideas.”
She recently had one of those brilliant ideas while using her grandparents’ iPad. “Evidently Leah got bored with kids’ YouTube and decided to go on a shopping spree on our Amazon account,” says her grandmother.

Tucker’s Treasures is transforming the shopping experience for those in the Morgantown area
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Tucker’s Treasures, a liquidation pallet business, opened its doors in November 2020 and now it has grown to a scale the owners cannot imagine. But what exactly is a liquidation pallet business?
“We buy liquidation pallets from different companies, some of the larger retailers,” Owner Brittany Fink said. “We break them down and sell them piece by piece. We saw in the area that there was a need for discounted furniture, rugs, and home goods, so we really focused on that as our main bread and butter.”
