MIAMI — A woman crashed through a Miami Beach food market and nearly hit a homeless woman and then casually collected her belongings and walked off, police said.

Miami Beach police said a witness started taking video Tuesday after Sharon Martinez-Lazaro crashed through the Fernandez Food Market, WTVJ reported .
Martinez-Lazaro, 27, of Los Angeles, then started collecting her luggage and backpack before walking off clad in 6-inch high heels.

Easton small business owners soon can benefit from facade grant funding to help improve the downtown business district.
Funds are being offered by the Easton Main Street Initiative for those looking to make repairs or improvements to buildings. Any exterior improvements will be considered, including paint, windows, repointing, doors, maintenance, façade repair or restoration, lighting and signage.
The program of the nonprofit Greater Easton Development Partnership has been able to offer façade grants with the help of its community partners for the past 16 years. The facade program this year is being made possible with funding from the state Department of Community and Economic Development and Greater Easton Development Partnership. Funds also typically come from the annual Historic Easton House Tour, which was put on hold for 2020 and 2021.
