Coquina Key Plaza, a St. Petersburg strip mall located near the corner of Sixth Street S and 45th Avenue, will be at least partially converted to apartments, according to the company that recently bought the property.
Stoneweg US, a St. Petersburg real estate investment company, purchased the shopping center for $7.3 million on March 19 , according to Pinellas County Property Appraiser records. Fareway announced Monday that their stores will begin offering online shopping and curbside pickup.
Fareway tells KMCH Radio that the Oelwein store will be online next week, with all other local stores – Manchester, Dyersville, Independence, Monticello, Anamosa and Peosta – scheduled to go online after Memorial Day.
Fareway customers will be able to shop online by visiting Shop.Fareway.com or via the Fareway mobile app. Orders can be modified up to 30 minutes before pickup and can be ready as quickly as four hours after being placed.
