Vella Kids Boutique and Hairology are opening storefronts in Fargo's West Acres mall |
Vella Kids Boutique is planning to hold the grand opening of its first storefront Sept. 25 in the JCPenney wing, while Hairology, a full-service beauty salon, will move into the space formerly occupied by Regis Salon. An opening date for the salon has not been announced.
