People who send and receive parcels are to be better protected under proposed rules to improve how companies handle complaints amid a wave of problems with deliveries.

Ofcom plans to tighten up the rules on how firms deal with complaints, make it easier for people to contact companies and bring in better protections for disabled customers.

Evergy bill assistance available for Missouri customers

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Thousands of Missourians struggling to pay electric bills may be eligible for help and not even realize it.

Evergy said the amount of money available through Missouri’s Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program recently increased to more than $630. The company said if a customer experienced a recent loss or hardship, an additional $1,600 can be provided.

Kyndryl partners with Google to support customers in cloud | CIO

Kyndryl, the IT services business that IBM spun off in early November , has formed a global strategic partnership with Google to support their joint customers in the cloud.

The deal comes a month after Kyndryl struck a similar deal with Microsoft , encompassing Azure cloud hosting and support for products such as Office365 and Teams, and a smaller partnership with VMware, as well as a certification agreement with SAP.
