ALBANY, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — The Downtown Albany Business Improvement District (BID) has kicked off its third Downtown Decorating Contest this holiday season. Albany BID says 14 businesses will showcase their seasonal storefront decor for a festive, friendly competition.
The competition encourages the public to explore downtown retailers, restaurants and community organizations. The contest will run through Monday, January 3.

MOSCOW - The city of Moscow has announced Ampersand Oil and Vinegar Tap House, Café Artista, Moscow Contemporary and Rebel Roots Salon as the four finalists in the DeLIGHTful Downtown Storefront contest. They will now move into the final, public voting stage.
The four businesses were selected out of seventeen entries by a judging panel of elves comprised of outgoing City Supervisor Gary Riedner, incoming City Supervisor Bill Belknap, and Downtown Business Alliance member Courtney Siebken of Revolver.
