Sweetbakes Café opens in Poughkeepsie at Eastdale Village
With an ongoing global pandemic, it's hard to imagine anyone saying 2021 was an entirely positive year.
For Bobby and Jennifer Jordan, it was their most challenging year in business since opening Sweetbakes Café in 2018.
The Wappingers Falls café was vandalized twice in as many months, with the perpetrators destroying cakes and shattering the storefront window. All this, as they were planning to open a second location.
