Dave East Channels Nipsey Hussle With Harlem Storefront Move | HipHopDX

In a photo Dave East shared with his Instagram followers Tuesday (November 30th), the HOFFA lyricist flicked up in the middle of presumably an old smoke shop type of convenience store clutching a pair of keys, claiming ownership of the soon-to-be brick and mortar store.

As Dave East indicated in the caption, Nipsey Hussle inspired the hustle of countless artists as a result of the legacy he built while handcrafting The Marathon Clothing Store and brand for nearly a decade in his native city of South Central L.A.

The iconic Lee's Donuts is dropping merch from a brand new storefront

We’ll just go ahead and say it- we think that Lee’s Donuts has got one of, if not the best, logos in Vancouver, full stop. Heck, we think it’s better than even the big dogs’ best efforts (cough Timbiebs cough).

The new concept, called Honey Dip Studios (clever) will be a mix of Lee’s Donuts’ brand new line of clothing, plus a feature of a local Vancouver artist. First up? Adi Nokiani ( @adiartwork ) whose work blends a vibrant, detailed artistic style and a love for pop culture.

YEG Prairie Fish 'n' Chips shutting its storefront at end of month

We will be closing our storefront permanently on January 1st. But it’s not all bad news…

We have loved being your go to spot for 🐠 & 🍟 for over 5 years and we want to celebrate our last month with you with incredible deals you can’t resist.

This decision doesn’t come easy. The pandemic combined with our name change (wouldn’t change it FOR THE WORLD, we knew this was a risk we’d run and we stand behind it) and general overfishing and supply issues have all contributed to it not being sustainable for us anymore.
