Aqua urges customers to apply for assistance with water, sewer bills

Aqua Pennsylvania is promoting the rollout of the 2021 Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) with the goal of helping families that are experiencing hardship with their water bills.

LIHWAP is a new, temporary emergency water and wastewater assistance program created by the federal government to assist low-income households with their drinking water and wastewater bills, particularly those who have experienced financial difficulties.

5,000 Sonoma County customers without power after crash into transmission pole

About customers in western Sonoma County are still without power Saturday after a vehicle crashed into a transmission pole in the area of Trenton and Covey roads near Forestville.

PG&E spokeswoman Deanna Contreras said 1,000 have had their power restored since this morning. All customers should have their electricity back by 4 to 5 p.m., she said.

USPS asks customers to clear snow, ice for letter carriers

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - With cold temperatures returning and snow piling up across the area, the Postal Office is asking customers to clear snow and ice.

USPS says having a clear walkway will help expedite delivery service and keep letter carriers safe from hazardous conditions. Officials also ask customers receiving door delivery to remove snow and ice from sidewalks, steps, and porches.

Power back on for Kenergy customers in Henderson, Union counties

KENTUCKY (WFIE) - Kenergy officials reported over 4,400 customers in Henderson and Union counties are currently without power early Friday morning.

As of 8:30 a.m., power had been restored to those affected customers, according to Kenergy's outage map .
