PS5 system stolen during Facebook Marketplace deal | PIX11

BATH BEACH, Brooklyn — A pair of individuals swindled a Facebook Marketplace seller on Dec. 26, police said Saturday.

The two men met the 20-year-old seller at about 8 p.m. in front of an 18th Avenue residence, police said. The seller agreed to sell a PS5 system — valued at about $750 — to the men.

2 businesses coming and 2 stores leaving The Marketplace | KGET 17

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Two shops at The Marketplace on Ming Avenue are closing their doors, but operators say two new businesses will be coming in.

Home furnishing store Williams Sonoma and jewelry outlet JULIA confirmed they are closing at the end of January. It has not been determined what will replace those stores at the Marketplace, but new tenants will be announced soon.

Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace in Morris Plains to open in January

This is the market's second location in New Jersey and its first in Morris County. It is housed in a 42,000-square-foot space, a former ShopRite, in Briarcliff Commons.

Urban Edge Properties, the real estate trust that owns Briarcliff Commons, announced that Uncle Giuseppe's had signed a lease with the property in summer of 2020.
