Gardeners looking for an early taste of spring will find something to fill that need next weekend, though it will be less elaborate than the Maine flower shows they attended in the past. The flower show was cancelled in 2020, 2021 and again this year because of the pandemic.
The new event – the Maine Garden + Marketplace – will be held at Thompson's Point, as were the flower shows that preceded it, but it will be contained within the Brick South building without the connecting tents that in the past provided extra space for flower show display gardens.

Shopping Center Business reports that the Disney Investment Group (DIG) has arranged the sale of Lake Forest Marketplace, a 37,500-square-foot shopping center in McKinney.
The property was built in 2019. At the time of sale, Lake Forest Marketplace was fully leased to 14 tenants, including Pet Supplies Plus, MOD Pizza, Athletico, Floyds 99 Barbershop, Jersey Mike's Subs and The UPS Store.

Ohana Hale Marketplace and Starbucks in Honolulu's Ward Village are both scheduled to vacate its spaces on April 30 to make way for a luxury condominium development on that piece of property along Ward Avenue.
A spokesperson for Ward Village tells KITV4 that it will continue to offer support to the more than 100 tenants at the 60,000 square foot Kakaako retail complex in anticipation of its last day of business.

GRAND BLANC, Mich. (WNEM) - The Grand Blanc Marketplace taking over the former Kmart plaza at Bella Vista Drive and Holly Road has some tenants lined up.
Early plans show the marketplace will have a Jersey Mike's, Starbucks, and Athletico Physical Therapy. A Panda Express has been proposed for one of the available spaces.
