West Virginia customers are not alone. An investigation by the Minnesota Department of Commerce in 2018 found that Frontier "failed to provide adequate, reliable phone service to Minnesota customers." Last Month, Minnesota announced another investigation into Frontier's "billing and customer service practices."
Two public hearings this week for Blue Granite Water customers concerned about proposed rate hike
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - During the week of Jan. 27, there will be two public hearings held for Blue Granite Water Company customers concerned about a proposed rate increase. The first of those meetings is Monday at 6 p.m. at Lexington Town Hall.
Back in September, Blue Granite Water Company made a request through the Public Service Commission to raise customer rates by as much as 56%. This will mean some residents could see bills higher than $100/month.

Blue Granite water customers speak out against possible rate increase - ABC Columbia
LEXINGTON,SC (WOLO)- Homeowners are pleading to not have another water bill increase, something ratepayers say remind them of VC summer.
A packed room full of Blue Granite customers expressed their frustrations to the Public Service Commission (PSC) in Lexington Monday night.
The water company hasn’t been denied an increase by the PSC in 15 years. This time blue granite representatives say the increase will go towards paying local governments and an improvement plan.
