Uncle Wiggly's, a deli and ice cream shop, was evicted from its storefront at a Stoneleigh shopping center late last year, according to a notice posted on its door. A consignment clothing store called the Lily Pad is also departing, with shop owners carting away remaining goods on Wednesday.
"Everything's closed," said Kathy Consorti of Frederick. She was in the area visiting her daughter's family and stopped by Uncle Wiggly's for a sandwich only to find the business shuttered.

Three new tenants have leased space at the Hartford Corners shopping center in Delran, Levin Management Corporation announced in a statement.

And it all centers around three large stores – Nike and two new stores -- West Elm and Pottery Barn. However, the renovations of the building that currently holds Nike and will be the future home to Pottery Barn and West Elm have also affected numerous stores at the shopping center.
Construction began in August on the building that is home to Nike and it is expected to be completed soon, according to Monica Trego, general manager of Tanger Outlets Lancaster. The Nike store is moving from the bottom of its current building to the top of the building and is expected to open in the middle of next month in a 14,800 square foot space.

More dental clinics, durable medical equipment shops and cryotherapy centers are coming to some installations, as part of the Army and Air Force Exchange Service emphasis on wellness services.
Cryotherapy, which is the use of extreme cold in medical treatments. AAFES has cryotherapy offices at Fort Hood and Fort Bliss, Texas, and expects to open two more in 2020 at Fort Bragg and Fort Benning.

Currently, there are durable medical equipment shops in 18 AAFES locations, with five more scheduled to open in 2020. The shops are relatively new to AAFES shopping centers, but have been popular with shoppers of all ages, officials said. Their assortment also includes needed items that sometimes aren't covered by health insurance plans.
